Veronica (O'Hare) Duckworth, age 79, passed away suddenly at home on March 13, 2021. She was the wife of the late Thomas Duckworth. She was born in New York City on May 4, 1941, as the daughter of the late Daniel and Catherine (Walsh) O'Hare. She is survived by her cousin, Catherine "Cathie" Sur and her late husband Richard of Concord, MA, and Cathie's children, Richard and Jennifer Sur. Burial at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Concord will be held privately at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of Dee Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Concord.
