Obituary

Tracey Ann Innella, age 62, of Acton, MA, passed away on May 17, 2025 with her daughter, Lucy by her side. We choose to remember her for the bright light she was in so many lives.

Tracey's early years were spent in Newtown, CT. After the family settled in Carlisle, MA, Tracey graduated from Concord-Carlisle High School, class of 1981. She always held a special place in her heart for Newtown as her true hometown.

Tracey had a gift for laughter—she could tell a joke like no one else and loved being the center of attention. She had a remarkable memory for stories, and even better timing in retelling them. Whether she was planning a trip, organizing a gathering, or just chatting in the kitchen, she brought joy, energy, and a spark that was uniquely hers.

She was someone who truly wanted to help others. She had a generous heart and a strong sense of leadership—people were drawn to her for her warmth, wit, and can-do spirit. As a realtor, she poured herself into her work, always finding ways to connect with people and guide them toward something new.

Tracey especially loved time at Cape Cod, the charm of Newport, and the sunshine of Naples Beach, Florida. These were places where she felt most herself—free, fun, and full of life.

She loved her daughter, Lucy, deeply. Tracey did her best to be both a mother and a friend to her, and she wanted so much to show her all the fun and beauty life could offer, especially through their adventures together or singing along to one of her favorite Kid Rock hits.

Though life's path was not always easy, it's the vibrant, loving, and spirited parts of Tracey that we will carry with us. She joins those who left before her, and we find peace in knowing that she is once again surrounded by light.

In addition to Lucy, she leaves behind her siblings, John Troy Innella and his wife Vicky, John Todd Innella and Annette Aird, Tara Livolsi and her husband Paul and John Ted Innella and his wife Gabriella. She was the Aunt of Lilly Innella, Celia, Joseph and Jennifer Livolsi and Clara Innella. Tracey was predeceased by her parents, John "Jack" Innella and Cecilia (Dubon) Innella.
