Tanis Carol Vollmann (nee Kvaal) passed away on April 13, 2024 in Concord, Massachusetts.

Born on December 29, 1935, in Omaha, Nebraska, she was the daughter of Archie and Louise Kvaal.

Loving wife of Thomas Vollmann, who predeceased her, she had four children, four grandchildren, and a brother. Some of her happiest moments were spent hiking in Switzerland, enjoying dinners with family and friends, going to the opera, and reading everything she could. We will always miss her and do our best to honor her memory.

Relatives and friends will gather for a memorial service on Sunday, July 21st at 2 pm in Follen Church, 755 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, MA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to World Literacy Foundation .
