Spencer F. Ridick, age 20, of Concord, died unexpectedly on Monday, January 8, 2018. He was the cherished and adored son of Mark and Kristie (Blenman) Ridick of Concord.
Spencer was born in Worcester on August 18, 1997. He graduated from Concord-Carlisle High School in 2015, where he played football and lacrosse. Spencer was currently studying Business at the University of Massachusetts in Lowell.
An avid sports fanatic, Spencer closely followed his beloved New England teams. He possessed an incredible memory regarding athlete statistics, especially involving NFL and college teams. Often, numerous family members and friends would turn to his athletic expertise and knowledge. He was also a talented writer and a music lover.
In addition to his devoted parents, Spencer will be greatly missed by two loving brothers, Kyle and Carter Ridick, both of Concord, his grandparents, Carole Ridick of Chatham and Frank and Dianne Blenman of Vero Beach, FL, four uncles, Christopher Ridick, Robert J. Ridick, Scott Ledger, and Frank Blenman III, as well as many cousins and countless friends. He was also the grandson of the late Robert J. Ridick.
Relatives and friends may gather for visiting hours on Sunday, January 14th from 12 to 3 pm in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center. His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 15th at 10 am in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center. Burial is private.
