Santina (Oliva) Hack, 100, of Acton, MA, formerly of Tarrytown, NY died Saturday June 18th in Acton. She was the beloved wife of 69 years of Robert H. Hack. Born in Brooklyn, New York on May 11, 1911 she was the daughter of the late Michael and Lucia Oliva. A long time resident of Tarrytown, she was a devoted volunteer for over 50 years at Phelps Memorial Hospital in Tarrytown, logging over 52,202 hours. She was a charter member of the hospital's auxiliary, serving as treasurer for many years. On April 9, 2001, the Town of Tarrytown honored her and proclaimed that day Santina Hack Day, in honor of her dedication and loyalty to the hospital and to the community. In addition to her husband Robert, survivors include her sisters, Lucy Amistadi of Acton, MA, formerly of Syosset, NY and Maria Composto of Brooklyn, NY; a niece Lynn Knight of Carlisle, MA, a nephew Henry Amistadi of Groton, MA and other nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was also the sister of the late Michael Oliva. Visitation at the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord, Mass. will be held on Saturday June 25th from 9 to 10 am followed by a funeral Mass at 10:30 am in St. Irene's Church, Carlisle, MA.
