CONCORD - Robert L. Friede, 75, of West Concord, MA, passed away peacefully in his home after a prolonged illness, surrounded by family and loved ones on Saturday, November 7, 2015. With diverse interests and talents, Bob was an accomplished photographer, DJ, musicologist, investor, and supporter of progressive causes. He is survived by his wife Mary Ann Gore, two sons, daughter-in-law, nephews and nieces, and loving caregivers. A memorial service will be held ‪on Saturday, November 14th at 11am in the Farrar Chapel of the Dee Funeral Home of Concord, ‪27 Bedford Street, Concord, MA 01742. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his memory to causes that improve the human condition and the world we live in, including: 826 Boston, Emerson Umbrella, Sacred Lands Project, and TiKay.
