Rita Clare (Fitzpatrick) McBreen, 69 of Concord, MA died suddenly Friday, February 8, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Robert McBreen, with whom she shared 50 years of marriage. Born in West Palm Beach, Florida, June 12, 1943, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Verena (Valley) Fitzpatrick. Rita enjoyed knitting, gardening, cooking, day trips, swimming at White's Pond, and most of all her time spent with family. She attended Concord-Carlisle High School, graduating with the Class of 1961. Along with her husband, Rita is survived by her children Robert Jr. of Alton, NH, Katie and Jim Gervais of Chelmsford, MA, Daniel of Tyngsboro, MA, John and Kristine of Ayer, MA, and Joseph and Clare of Medfield, MA, her six adored grandchildren Sean and Samantha Gervais, James, Brian, Caroline and Nolan McBreen, her sisters; Nancy Davis of Concord and Mary Cunha of Florida, and many nieces and nephews. Rita was predeceased by her parents, her sister Sheila Flynn, nephew James Halloran, great-nephew Mark Stetson, and great- niece Lauren Mae Fulone. Cemetery: St. Bernard's Cemetery, Concord. Visitation: Being her wishes, there will not be any funeral home visiting hours. Service: Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 10:00 am at Holy Family Parish, 12 Monument Square, Concord, MA , with burial following at St. Bernard's Cemetery, Concord.
