Richard J. DiMare, 70, of Harpswell, ME, formerly of Concord and Medford, admired Teacher and Coach in Concord for over four decades, died unexpectedly on Sunday, April 2, 2017. He was the cherished husband for 46 years of Palma (Petrosso) DiMare. He was the devoted father of Janel Johnson and her husband Doug, Darah DiMare, all of Harpswell, ME and Daryl DiMare and his wife Catherine of Billerica, adored Papa of Braedon and Emilia, loving brother of Charles DiMare of Medford, and is also survived by five nieces and nephews, and many extended family members. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, April 6th from 3 to 8 pm in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center. His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 7th at 10 am in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center. The burial is private.
