Obituary

Paul "Ed" Reynolds, 72, of Lawrence, MA, passed peacefully on Sunday, February 16, 2020. Ed was born in Pekin, Illinois on July 11, 1947. He was a proud Marine Corps veteran, who served honorably during the Vietnam War. Ed was a 32nd degree Mason, and a talented bagpiper, who played with the Shriners in Wilmington, MA and Albuquerque, NM. He was also a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus and American Legion. During retirement, Ed surrounded himself with family, friends, music, reading, and the occasional nap. He was a history buff, and enjoyed stained glass making and Scottish traditions. He will be lovingly remembered as a wonderful man and was passionate about helping those in need. A "one of kind" friendly individual with a great sense of humor, he touched everyone with a unique positive vibe. Ed will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves behind a daughter, Kareta Jo (Reynolds) Robichaux and her husband Robert, a son, Rick Reynolds and Wife Lissa, and his granddaughter, Kaitlyn. He was the brother of Alan (Vickie), Denny (Diane), Mary (Clint), Elisa (Bernie), Lori (Matt), Robin (Jeff), Paulyn (Ron), Patty, and is also survived many nieces and nephews. Ed was predeceased by his parents David and Mary Rose Reynolds, three brothers, Kevin, Tony and Bob, and two sisters, Ardie and Tina. A memorial gathering will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children (www.shrinershospitalsforchildren.org). Arrangements are under the care of Dee Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Concord.
