Patricia E. (Reilly) Lawrence, 79, a woman beloved by all who knew her, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2021 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, following a brief illness. Formerly of Concord and Acton, Patty was a resident of Rye, NH and Englewood, FL. She was the dedicated wife for 48 years of the late Albert "Joe" Lawrence, who died in 2009. Born in Boston on December 4, 1941, she was the daughter of the late George and Anna (McPhillips) Reilly. Raised in Concord, Patty was a graduate of Concord High School. She was employed by the Acton Public Schools system, before working for the Concord Public Schools in a career spanning over twenty years. Following her retirement in 1996, Patty and Joe were avid auction enthusiasts, which included following their favorite auctioneers in and around New Hampshire and Florida. Patty will be lovingly remembered for her unwavering devotion to others. She embraced and treasured every moment spent with her family and many friends. She will be forever missed by her beloved children, Albert J. Lawrence, Jr. of Madbury, NH, Jane Wade and her husband John of Rye, NH, and Michael Lawrence of Madbury, NH. Patty was the cherished grandmother of Reilly, Katelin, Jack, Anna and Ross, and the dear sister of Nancy Kohutka. She is also survived by her loving dog and loyal companion, Sugar, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Francis McPhillips and John Reilly. For those comfortable in attending, family and friends will gather for visiting hours on Sunday, April 25th from 2 to 5 pm in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center. Patty's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 26th at 10:30 am in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center. Burial will follow at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood Foundation , 2000 Town Center, Suite 1900, Southfield, MI 48075.
