Patricia J. (Harding) Dee, age 65, of Westford, passed away peacefully at home on July 30, 2021. She was surrounded by the embrace of family and her loyal canine companion, Clover, who remained faithfully at her side. She was the devoted wife of Leonard Dee, with whom she shared 45 years of love. Patty was born on July 2, 1956, as the daughter of the late Robert W. and Dorothy Ellen (Day) Harding. Raised in Concord, Patty was a member of Concord-Carlisle High School's graduating class of 1974. For over 40 years, Patty was employed by the Town of Concord's Transportation Department. Her favorite place was her home on Sawyer Lake in Gilmanton, NH, where she cherished spending summers with her family and friends. Lenny and Patty had purchased their vacation home there in 1981, and has been a place where countless happy memories were made over the years. She treasured annual family vacations at Lake George and annual trips with family and friends to the Fryeburg Fair. She also loved visits to Foxwoods with family, which included special trips with her mother, and where she and Lenny celebrated many anniversaries. She will also be remembered for her love of jet skiing with her nieces and nephews in the summer, and snowmobiling in the winter. In addition to her husband, Patty leaves behind her siblings, Marsha Higgins of North Reading, Robert Harding Jr. and his partner Melanie Smith of Shapleigh, ME, Kimberly Burke and her husband Daren of Concord, and Sharon Shapiro and her husband Andrew of Chelmsford. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, and her beloved dog, Clover. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Patty's life during visiting hours on Monday, August 2nd from 5 to 8 pm in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center. Her graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 4th at 2 pm in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Bedford Street, Concord. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Home At Last Farm , Pets & People Foundation , or Locks of Love .
