Patricia M. (Lavender) Boudrot, 80, of Concord, died on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at the UMass Medical Center in Worcester. She was the beloved wife for 38 years of the late John G. Boudrot who died in 1995. The high school sweethearts were married in 1957 at St. Joseph Church in Medford.
Born in Medford on March 22, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Ellen (Conway) Lavender. In her youth, she attended Medford Public Schools and graduated from Medford High School in 1954.
For many years, Mrs. Boudrot was an Executive Secretary for Digital Equipment Corporation.
A Concord resident since 1961, she was active at St. Bernard's Church, and then Holy Family Parish where she participated regularly in church activities. More recently, she worked as a Secretary for the Concord Council on Aging.
She enjoyed playing tennis, traveling, and shopping at Filene's Basement.
Survivors include her children, Michele Given of Concord, Jennifer Tevekelian of Shrewsbury, Michael Boudrot of Ayer, and Mark Boudrot of Ayer, ten grandchildren, her sister, Jane Cangiano and her husband Thomas of Medford and her brother, James Lavender and his wife Jane of Melrose. She was also the mother of the late Stephen Boudrot who died in 2011.
A period of visitation will be held on Saturday, September 10th from 9 am to 10:45 am in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center.
Burial will follow at St. Bernard's Cemetery, Concord.
