Nancy L. (Grenier) Perry, 87, a lifelong Concord resident, died peacefully in the comfort of her home on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. She was the devoted wife for 58 years of the late George L. Perry who died in 2008.
She was born at Emerson Hospital in Concord on July 9, 1930 to her late parents, Edward Grenier and Bloise (Hazeldine) Dyer. After graduating from Concord High School, Nancy married George and they began their life together at the Perry Farm on Lexington Road. There, they raised six children and operated the farm stand until the late 1980's.
For many years, Nancy utilized her favorite hobby by crocheting blankets for newborns at Emerson Hospital. She will also be remembered as a fabulous cook, and a woman who always put her family first.
She leaves behind her children, George Perry of Manchester, NH, Gary Perry of Pepperell, Pam Morits of Concord, Glenn Perry of Burlington, Judith Perry of Concord, and Lisa Vessey of Nashua, NH, five grandchildren, Stephanie Cajdric, Melissa Towne, Jennifer Snay, Michael Morits, and Nicole Perry, and her three great-grandchildren, Nathanial Cajdric, Maxwell Cajdric, and Jackson Towne. She was the sister of the late Kathleen Bash.
Nancy will be buried during a private service at St. Bernard's Cemetery in Concord.
