IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Megan Anne
Bower
January 16, 1994 – September 22, 2022
Megan Anne Bower, 28, of Littleton, MA, passed away tragically and unexpectedly on September 22, 2022, as the result of a motorcycle accident.
Born on January 16, 1994, Megan grew up in Littleton in a small, connected neighborhood of loving families and many friends she grew to love. Megan graduated from Littleton High School in 2012, and then headed to Leominster to get her certification in home health care. She worked in this field for a couple of years, before enrolling in courses at Mount Wachusett Community College to study the automotive field. She made many dear friendships there and was a teacher's aide in her automotive class. Megan was always so eager to learn.
Megan loved to travel. She went around the country by herself in her Prius and covered 41,000 miles in one year. An explorer and adventurer at heart, Megan was passionate about hiking, rock climbing, surfing and riding her motorcycle in her free time. She made people her passion as well. She genuinely embraced everyone she met, and had such an assortment of people grace her life. Megan never had an indoor voice. She was so excited about life that she wasn't afraid to express it freely and openly, often having to be reminded to bring it down a notch. Megan had a love for her cats, Evee and Buff. You could always find Megan at a concert, particularly some of her favorites including Amity Affliction, Volumes, and Loveless.
Not only will Megan be remembered by her zest for life, but also her generosity of spirit. She embodied a profound and natural impulse to care for others, especially her family and friends.
Megan's life and memory will live on through her dedicated parents, Philip and Anne (Goguen) Bower, her loving sister, Hannah Bower, her grandmother, Florence Goguen, her aunts and uncles, Sarah and Paul Reppucci, Claire and Sheldon Shea, and Jim Bower, as well as her cousins, Rachel, RJ, and Tyler Briones, and Joshua, Emily and Olivia Shea, her boyfriend, Misha Stapp, and many dear friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Robert and Sally Bower and Aurele Goguen.
