Mary J. (Tappe) Hayes, of Concord, passed away suddenly in her home on May 21, 2025 at the age of 64.

Mary was born on September 10, 1960, as the daughter of the late Richard W. Tappe and Mary Tappe Barbaro. Her early years were spent in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, before the family settled in Concord during her teenage years.

After completing her education, Mary worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Milford Regional Medical Center for over 20 years.

She is survived by her son, Brian Hayes and his wife Christine, her daughter, Stephanie Wyman, her husband Stephen along with their children Bruce and Valerie, and her son, James Hayes. She was also the sister of the late James Tappe.

A private burial service is planned at St. Bernard's Cemetery in Concord.
