Mary M. (Giacobbe) Cucinotta, 89, of Concord died Friday January 6, 2017 in Concord. She was the beloved wife for 53 years of the late Giovanni Cucinotta who died in 2014. Born in Boston on May 29, 1927 she was the daughter of the late Tony and Carmella (Inzodda) Giacobbe. She attended parochial schools in Boston, Holy Trinity Grammar School and was a graduate of Holy Cross Cathedral in Boston. A Concord resident since 1964, she enjoyed cooking and her loving family. She is survived by her loving son John S. Cucinotta and his wife Carol of Concord. She was also the devoted grandmother of Nicole and Alyssa, both of Concord and the sister of the late Anthony and Louie Giacobbe. Visiting hours will be held Wed. Jan. 11th from 9 to 10:45 A.M. at the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center, followed by a funeral Mass at 11 A.M. in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center. Burial will follow in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Concord. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to ALS Association, Mass.
