Mark E. Hannon, 29, of Concord, died Monday, May 27, 2013 at his Concord home. Born in Concord on August 8, 1983, he was the beloved son of Mark E. and Karen E. (Kelly) Hannon of Concord. He attended Concord public schools, graduated from Concord Carlisle High School in 2001 and received his Emergency Medical Technician certificate from Boston EMS. For the past seven years, Mr. Hannon was a proud and devoted Emergency Medical Technician at Armstrong Ambulance. A life-long Concord resident, he was an avid reader and video gamer. He enjoyed spending time at Lake Horace in New Hampshire with family and friends and was a volunteer with Special Olympics. In addition to his parents, Mark and Karen, he is survived by his sister, Traci Hannon of Concord, his grandfather, John Kelly of Maynard, his aunts and uncles, Brian Kelly of Maynard, Marcia Ferro of Uxbridge, John and Stephanie Kelly of South Windsor, CT, Helen Kelly of Ayer and Dana Hannon of Cheyenne, WY, and many beloved cousins, great aunts, great uncles and friends. Funeral will be held on Friday May 31st from the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, CONCORD CENTER at 9 am followed by a funeral Mass in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center at 10 AM. Burial in Glenwood Cemetery, Maynard will be held at a later date. Visiting hours at the Dee Funeral Home will be held on Thursday, May 30th from 4 to 8 PM.
