Marian W. DiPietro, of Manchester NH, formerly of Concord MA died on April 17, 2015.
Born on September 11, 1933 to Tryphena Curtis and Ronald White, Marian grew up in Woburn and Lexington MA. She married Gerard DiPietro in 1956 and lived in Concord until his death in 1992.
She leaves behind her daughters, Susan DiPietro and Nancy DiPietro, grandchildren Brian Valente, Kerry LaJoie, Heather Valente, and Jeff LaJoie and his wife Melissa LaJoie, brothers, Kerry White and Ron White, sisters Nancy Phillips and Debi Coish, and many nieces and nephews.
Marian graduated from Lexington High School and was the first Miss Lexington. She attended McClean Hospital School of Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse at the Metropolitan State Hospital Gaebler Children's Center in Waltham MA for much of her nursing career. She also worked at Rivercrest Nursing Home in Concord.
Burial and celebration of her life will be at the convenience of her family.
Marian was a gentle, wise, loving and generous person. She was happiest by the ocean and spending time with her grandchildren.
