Margaret Danielsen Shea, 93, died in Bedford, MA on May 19, 2020. She was the wife of the late Timothy Shea. Born in Port Washington, NY on December 19, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Gertrude (Herzog) and Carl Danielsen. Marge and Tim raised their children, Barbara and David in Manhasset, NY and retired to Venice, FL. After Tim's death in 2008, Marge moved to the Concord area to be near Barbara and her family. Marge was a devoted, caring and kind daughter, wife, Mom, Nana and friend to many. She and Tim took epic RV trips as far as the road would go including to Alaska to visit David and family, Mexico, and the Canadian Maritimes, with many detours to Concord, MA to visit Barbara and family. In her spare time, Marge also enjoyed tennis, gardening and folk dancing. She is survived by her children Barbara Davidson and her husband Dekkers now of Venice, FL and Huletts Landing, NY and David of Anchorage, AK, grandchildren Kyle Davidson and his wife Danielle, Tara Chalifour and her husband Brian, and Liam Shea, as well as great-grandchildren Liliana Margaret and Thomas Davidson. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to honor the loving caregivers at Carleton-Willard Village, 100 Old Billerica Rd., Bedford, MA 01730. Arrangements are under the care of Dee Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Concord.
