IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Margaret "Meg"
Moreau
July 14, 1952 – August 25, 2025
Margaret Mary "Meg" Moreau passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025 at the age of 73.
She is the second of eight children of the late Leon J. Moreau Jr. and the late Mary (Dee) Moreau. She is survived by her brothers, Tom (Rosetta) of Concord, Lee (MaryAnn) of Landing N.J., Mike (RoseAnne) of Maynard, Marc (Carmel) of Farr Hills N.J. and David (Carolyn) of Melrose. Meg is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews.
Meg was predeceased by her mother and father, her sister, Pamela (Moreau) Healy and brother, Tim Moreau and her nephew, Phillip Moreau.
Meg graduated from Concord Carlisle High School, class of 1970. She dedicated her life to learning, teaching, and helping others grow. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Sociology from Framingham State College and began her career in early childhood education before moving into technical training and information systems.
Meg built a long and accomplished career spanning over three decades in technology and corporate training. She worked with organizations including Digital Equipment Corporation, Quality Training Resources, Global Knowledge Training, Marstech and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Her expertise in learning management systems, cloud platforms, and training development touched the lives of countless colleagues and clients. She was a reliable, skilled and dedicated professional who combined technical ability with compassion and patience. Her last position was the head of Dermatology Associates, where she managed the scheduling department.
Beyond her professional life, Meg was a lifelong learner who embraced new challenges. She traveled extensively for work and pleasure including Japan, the UK, and on many cruises.
Family was very important to Meg as a daughter, a sister, an aunt and a cousin. She filled all those shoes with love. She was the glue that held the Moreau/Dee family tighter. She was always there to lend a helping hand, celebrate milestones and share in all the joy and sorrow of family life. She kept up with the news of all her cousins and shared all the news with her siblings. Meg was at more sporting events from little league to college lacrosse than anyone we know. She has seen every dance recital and play, and enjoyed every one of them. This, her most important role, is how she will be remembered.
Aunt Meg took most of her nieces and nephews to Disney parks and properties all over the United States. She was the ultimate Disney aficionado. Meg loved music; it was always playing in the background. Her favorite hobbies were crafting, knitting and crocheting. Many nieces and nephews were recipients of one of her many quilts.
Meg cared for her mother in her later years, providing her with love and a welcoming home in her later years. She assisted her mom to achieve her goal of living to her 90th birthday.
Over the last 19 months, Meg had been ill with a serious illness. She never wavered on achieving goals she set for herself like a trip to New York City to attend two Broadway Musicals and dinner with her brothers in New York City. For the 24th season, Meg traveled to the Jersey Shore with her brother Marc and his family which had been a long-standing tradition.
Meg has been a communicant of Holy Family Parish, actively participating at her Church. She was a lector and Eucharistic Minister. Meg loved to volunteer in her church and civically. She was on the board of Concord Friends of the Aging, assisting with the church fairs and other church functions.
She will be remembered as a devoted friend and colleague, and an individual who gave generously of her time, talents, and heart. Most of all as a devoted daughter, loving sister and Aunt Meg.
