Lorraine Caspe-Guppy, of Framingham, formerly of Sudbury, entered eternal rest on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, following a long illness. She was 50.

Lorraine was born in Brooklyn, New York on September 13, 1972. At a young age, her family settled in Sudbury. She graduated from Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School with the class of 1991. Subsequently, she attended Framingham State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology.

For the past fifteen years, Lorraine worked at Burncoat High School in Worcester, and on a part-time basis for Mel's Commonwealth Cafe in Wayland. Her greatest joy was being around those she loved. She also cherished the quality time spent with family on various vacations during her life.

Lorraine's memory will live on through her devoted husband of 25 years, Shawn Guppy, her beloved son, Lawyer Guppy, her parents, Hugh and Frances (Adler) Caspe, two brothers, Mitchel Caspe and his wife Jane and Andrew Caspe and his wife Jeanne, her nephews, Scott Caspe and Jeremy Caspe, her niece, Marina Caspe, along with many extended family members who will miss her dearly.

Family members will gather privately for Lorraine's funeral service on Friday, August 11th in the Farrar Chapel of the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center.  Burial will be at Edgell Grove Cemetery in Framingham.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to American Heart Association .
