Loretta Jane Sheehan, 94, of Concord, MA died Friday, August 29, 2014 in Concord. Born in Concord on November 20, 1919, she was the daughter of the late John J. Sheehan, Sr. and Margaret (Toomey) Sheehan. She attended Concord Public Schools, graduated from Concord High School in 1937 and Radcliffe College in 1941. For thirty-two years, Ms. Sheehan worked for the IRS, mainly in Boston. Following her retirement in 1972, she traveled extensively in Europe. She is survived by two nephews, John Driscoll, Jr. and his wife Eileen of Dumfries, VA, and David Driscoll of Hopewell, VA. She was the sister of the late Alice Sheehan, Mary Driscoll, Catherine Sheehan, Margaret Sheehan, David Sheehan, James Sheehan, and John J. Sheehan, Jr. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd at 9 am at the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, CONCORD CENTER, followed by a funeral Mass in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center at 10 am. Burial will follow in the family burial plot in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Concord. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Holy Family Parish, 55 Church Street, Concord, MA 01742. Arrangements are under the care of Susan M. Dee and Charles W.
