Lois Ann (Piselli) Olivo, age 72, of Bellingham, formerly of Newton, passed away on April 25, 2026 at home, surrounded by her loving family, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Newton on January 28, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Piselli and Enis (Proia) Piselli. During the final chapters of their lives, Lois cared for her parents with love and devotion.

Lois was a graduate of Mass Bay College and the MA Police Academy. She went on to work as a Nurse for many years. In loving memory of her late daughter Jacqueline, she founded a local non-profit, and spent the last eleven years dedicated to helping the homeless. Her unwavering commitment and hands on approach brought respect, dignity, hope, and much needed resources, to some of the most underserved population in Worcester and surrounding communities.

Lois was predeceased by her cherished daughter, Jacqueline Olivo. She leaves behind her beloved son, Carl Olivo and Nicole Tocci of Bellingham, her sister, Carol Pickford and husband Steve of Marlborough, her brother, John Piselli and his fiancé Jackie Schrader of Newton, along with her nieces, a nephew, great nieces and great nephews, all of whom will miss her dearly.

Her legacy will live on in the countless lives she touched.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life during a memorial service at the Martha-Mary Chapel, 35 Dutton Road, Sudbury on Saturday, May 9th at 11:00 am.
