Llewellyn E. Wall, age 74, of Concord, died peacefully in the company of his family on Thursday, March 17th at his Concord residence. He was the beloved husband for thirty-eight years of Barbara Lynn Clark.
Born in Indianapolis, IN on March 5, 1942 he was the son of the late Alexander and Helena (Evans) Wall. He was raised in Darien, CT where he also attended public schools.
Mr. Wall received his Bachelor and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in New York. Following his graduation, he moved to California where he worked towards his Doctorate at the University of California, Berkeley.
Previously, he resided in Cambridge and worked for the Honeywell Company and later, was a consultant for his own private practice, specializing in Electrical Engineering and Analogue Systems. He was a longtime member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
A Concord resident since 1985, he enjoyed sailing and was an avid equestrian.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister, Nancy Wall Loving and her husband David of Mansfield, his brother, Alexander P. Wall of Saco, ME, and many nieces and nephews.
A private gathering will be held.
