Kathleen Theresa (Bowe) Flynn, 92, of Concord died Tuesday July 3, 2012 in Concord. She was the beloved wife of 66 years of the late John B. Flynn who died in 2007. Born in Boston on August 27, 1919 she was the daughter of the late John Bowe and Helen (Gavin) Bowe. She attended parochial schools and High School in the Mission Hill section of Boston. She moved with her family to West Concord from Mission Hill in 1959 and was a long time resident of the White Row on Commonwealth Avenue. Mrs. Flynn was a long time communicant of the former Our Lady Help of Christians Parish in West Concord. She is survived by her children, Kathleen M. Lockerby of Adams, John R. Flynn of Concord, Helen M. Raftery of Leominster and Joseph A. Flynn of Acton, six grandchildren, Kelly Charon, Kim Dix, Ryan Flynn, Kayla Flynn, Patrick Raftery and Colin Flynn, and five great-grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late John Bowe and Helen Hannon. Funeral will be held on Saturday July 7th from the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center at 9 am followed by a funeral Mass in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center at 10 am. Interment will follow in the family burial plot in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Concord. Visiting hours at the Dee Funeral Home will be held on Friday July 6th from 3 to 7 pm.
