Kathleen Cheryl Fleming, of Concord, died Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Miriam Boyd Parlin Hospice in Wayland. Born in Concord on June 24, 1961 she was the daughter of Helen Johnson of Williamstown, VT and the late Nelson Fleming. She attended Concord public schools and graduated from Concord-Carlisle High School in 1979. Kathy was recently employed at The Paper Store in Acton and Rite-Aid Pharmacy in Concord and enjoyed her many hobbies. In addition to her mother, Helen Johnson, she is survived by her children, Thomas Osborn of Concord and Patricia Probst of Williamsport, PA, siblings, Pamela King and Paul Fleming, both of Concord, Heidi Comjean of Acton and several nieces and nephews.
