Joseph Carson died peacefully on August 15, 2024 at the age of 85 at Concord Park Senior Living in West Concord, MA.  He was the beloved son of the late Hampton and Meredith Carson.

Joe was an avid trekker who traveled the world in search of hiking trails and learning of foreign cultures. He loved the outdoors and was a trained arborist. Sharing his knowledge of plants and trees brought him much pleasure. He was also a dedicated folk dancer, and supported many world charitable organizations, especially related to nature and the environment.

Services will be held at a later date.
