John C. Denaro, 42, of Concord and Carlisle died unexpectedly while scuba diving in Gloucester on Wednesday May 26, 2010. He was the beloved son of Paul J. Denaro of Concord and Betty Ann Saef of Carlisle.\r\n In addition to his parents, survivors include his step parents, Christine Denaro and Ed Saef, his brothers and sisters, David Denaro and his wife Kathleen of Stow, Cheryl Denaro Bray and her husband Kevin of Westford, Paul J. Denaro Jr. and his wife Faith of Littleton and Mark F. Denaro of Littleton, 5 nieces, 4 nephews and his step daughter Lelu Hamilton.\r\n There was not a cat or dog that John didn\'t stop to pet and share his love. He was a gentle soul, environmentalist, lover of earth and oceans. He was a follower of the Dalai Lama and found joy in the simple things in life. He was a Friend of Bill W. He loved and was deeply loved by many. He is the whisper in the wind and his beautiful spirit will be with us always.\r\n Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday June 1st from 4 to 8 pm in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center.\r\n Interment will be private.\r\n Contributions in his memory may be made to Animal Rescue League of Boston, Advancement Dep\'t., 10 Chandler St., Boston, MA 02116.
