Jessica Mae Snook, age 18, of Concord, MA, born November 27, 1996 at Westpoint, NY, beautiful and loving daughter of Scott and Kathleen Snook of Concord, MA passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on October 30, 2015. Jessica's name was chosen because it means "God Beholds." She grew up going to her brothers' and sisters' hockey, lacrosse, basketball, football and soccer games. She always had her bag of toys ready to play with any friends she could find. She practiced to become an excellent swimmer and a great horseback rider. She blossomed into a lovely young lady. She attended the CASE program, Concord-Carlisle High School, Riverview School and GROW Program, and Cape Cod Community College. She graduated from Riverview School in 2015. Jessica was a gift to her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Scott and Kathleen, she is survived by her siblings, Sean Snook and his wife Kyra of Fayetteville, NC, Kyle Snook of New York, NY, Megan Maisano and her husband Andrew of Clarkesville, TN, and Robert Snook of Enterprise, AL, her grandparents, Robert and Mary Lee Gerard of Carlisle, PA and Nancy Snook of Ocala, FL, her nephew Rogan, her aunts and uncles, Lisa and Scott (her Godfather), Robert and Robin, Valerie, Michael and Claudia, Dianne, David and Heather, Charles, Mary and Charles, and Helena, as well as her Godmother Annie, twenty-eight cousins, and scores of friends. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd at 10 am in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center. Burial will follow at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, Concord. Visiting hours are Monday, November 2nd from 5 to 9 pm in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center.
