Jeanne F. Kelleher

Jeanne (Ready) Kelleher, of Ayer, MA, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2026, following a courageous three-year battle with ALS. 

She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Frank and Ruth (Hosey) Ready. 

Jeanne leaves behind her devoted husband of 46 years, Paul, and her loving children, Linda Valentine of Brookhaven, PA, and Paul Robinson and his fiancé Leann Myers of Winston-Salem, NC. She was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren: Alex, Amber, David, Brittany, Tori, Cody, and Emma; and a cherished great-grandmother to Lydia, Amelia and Khyree. She also leaves behind her twin sister, Judith, of Cumming, GA, nieces, nephews, a dear cousin and friends who will miss her dearly. 

Jeanne was raised in Lexington, Massachusetts, and graduated from Endicott College. She worked as an Executive Secretary for Intel and later at Hale Middle School in Stow, Massachusetts. 

Jeanne loved to travel, shopping, spending time with family and friends, and making memories at her beloved “Sunseaaire” home in Biddeford Pool, Maine. 

A proud New Englander, Jeanne was also a devoted New England Patriots fan and especially loved her “Gronk” and Tom Brady. 

She had a contagious sense of humor and loved nothing more than having a good time. Her playful spirit, generous heart and wonderful sense of humor will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jeanne’s Funeral Mass on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 11:00 am in St. Bernard’s Church at Holy Family Parish, 12 Monument Square, Concord, MA. Friends are welcome to begin greeting the family in church at 10:30 am.  For those who wish to attend remotely, please click here to view the church live stream.  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to support the Sean M. Healey & AMG Center for ALS at Mass General Brigham.
