James R. Green, age 48, originally from Concord, died suddenly in Acton on May 25, 2020. Born in Concord on June 7, 1971, he was the son of James Green and the late Edna (Griffin) Green. He was a culinary arts student at Minuteman Tech in Lexington. During his younger years, he was employed by the Town of Concord. Recently, he worked in landscaping and as a tattoo artist. He will be remembered as a selfless, loving, and caring person who will be greatly missed. In addition to his father, he leaves behind four siblings, Kathleen, Nadine, Travis, and Valerie, his nieces, Tammy, Luanne, Jacqui, Kayla, Shaunna, and Kaitlyn, a nephew, Douglas, great nieces Jayden and Kailey, and his fiancé Colette Pierce, her son Nick and daughter Danielle, and granddaughter Graclynn. Services will be private. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association (www.diabetes.org). Arrangements are under the care of Dee Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Concord.
