James "Jim" Eddy, age 85, of Maynard, died while surrounded by his loving family on Friday, February 7, 2020. He was the beloved husband for 64 years of the late Louise G. (Theriault) Eddy, who died on January 17, 2020. Jim was the dedicated father of Linda Ballard and her husband John and Donna Thompson and her husband Chet, all of Maynard, and the loving grandfather of Stephanie Johnson and her wife Kellie, also of Maynard. He was also predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Family and friends are invited to gather for visiting hours on Wednesday, February 12th from 4 to 8 pm in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center. An additional period of visitation will begin at 10 am on Thursday, February 13th in the Dee Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at 11 am in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Bedford Street, Concord.
