On Friday, October 14th, our sweet, kind and gentle Jacob suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. Our deep pain and sadness is entirely unexplainable. We know how important he was to so many people and how much he influenced their lives. We invite anyone who knew and loved Jacob to come celebrate his life with us on Saturday, October 22nd between the hours of 2:00-4:00 PM at Dee Funeral home in Concord, MA. Please wear purple in honor of Jacobs fight against addiction. In lieu of flowers, something that would mean a great deal to all of us would be a donation to Awakenings/Cape Cod behavioral center- a rehabilitation center that gave us the best and most beautiful version of Jacob we have seen, and we had some of our best days with him because of it.
