Mrs. Helen Fairbanks Ehrlich of Lincoln, Massachusetts, formerly of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, passed away on March 3, 2017 at The Commons in Lincoln.
Helen was the daughter of the late Carl and Clara (Hoffman) Gilt. She was married in 1950 to her late husband, Richard H. Ehrlich, who preceded her in death in 1983.
Helen was a graduate of The Packer Collegiate Institute and Cornell University. An accomplished piano player, opera devotee and loving homemaker, she began teaching elementary school in the mid-1960's and continued through her retirement in 1991.
She was also an active member of the All Saints Episcopal Church of Millington, New Jersey until her move to Massachusetts in 2010. Helen travelled extensively in her retirement years but also took time to spend with her grandchildren and family.
Helen is survived by her son Keith S. Ehrlich and his wife Maureen Molloy of Lexington, Massachusetts, her daughter Barbara A. Bryant and husband Eric of Bedminster, New Jersey, and her grandchildren Lindsay H. Barr and husband Michael of Los Angeles, California and Charlotte F. Ehrlich of Washington, DC.
A private interment service was held at the Atlantic View Cemetery in Manasqaun, NJ.
