Harry B. Sheldon, Jr., 91, of Concord, died at home Wednesday, April 20, 2011, surrounded by his family. Born in Tenants Harbor, Maine, he was the devoted husband of 61 years to Claire J. (Bonin) Sheldon. Harry was a 1938 graduate of Waltham HS, a veteran of the United States Air Force, and an investment banker. He was a loving father to Linda S. Morrissey and her husband Thomas J. Morrissey of Concord, MA; Paul B. Sheldon and his wife Patrice Sheldon of Oyster Bay, NY; Nancy Sheldon and her husband Martin Domb of New York, NY; and Ellen Sheldon of San Carlos, CA. He is survived by 9 grandchildren, Patrick, Katherine, Lauren, Meghan, Paul Jr., Eric, Juliet, Peter and Hadley and 2 great-grandchildren, Owen and Claire. Burial will be private at St. Bernard's Cemetery in Concord. Arrangements under the care of Dee Funeral Home of Concord, Susan M. Dee and Charles W. Dee, Jr., Directors.
