George M. Kinzlmaier, 78, formerly of Concord, died Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill. He was the beloved husband of Mary Ann (Limbert) Kinzlmaier. Born in Munich, Germany on June 26, 1932 he was the son of the late Michael and Rosalie (Pillmeier) Kinzlmaier. He attended schools in Germany learning the trade of cabinetmaker and at the age of twenty-one immigrated to the United States. He served in the U. S. Air Force from 1954 to 1958. He received an engineering degree from Missouri School of Mines in Rolla, Missouri. From 1962 until his retirement in 1993, Mr. Kinzlmaier was employed as an Electrical Engineer at MITRE Corporation in Bedford. A longtime Concord resident he enjoyed woodworking and outdoor activities, especially, skiing, sailing, hiking and gardening. He was an active member of the Boylston Schul Verein Club in Boston where he sang in the choir. In addition to his wife, Mary Ann, he is survived by 6 children, Karl Kinzlmaier, Michael Kinzlmaier, Andreas Kinzlmaier, Anneliese Cohen, Sonja Jauch and Heidimarie Short and 13 grandchildren.

Cemetery:
Burial will be in the family burial plot in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, Concord where officers of the US Air Force will present military honors.
Visitation:
Visiting hours at the Dee Funeral Home will be held on Sunday, June 26th from 3 to 6 PM.
Service:
Funeral will be held on Monday, June 27th from the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center at 10 AM followed by a funeral Mass in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center at 11 AM.
