Gail E. (Boerstle)Howatt, 60, of Acton, formerly of Watertown died Thursday January 6, 2011 at Concord Health Care Center. Gail was born in Watertown on September 24th, 1950. She is survived by her father Richard Boerstle of South Boston and her cat Nissa.
