Frederick C. Lombardo, 64, of Acton, formerly of Concord and Waltham died Friday September 20, 2013 in Acton after a long illness. Born in Concord on April 3, 1949 he was the son of Antonia 'Tootie' (Ammendolia) Lombardo and the late Angelo Lombardo. He attended Concord schools and was a 1967 graduate of Concord-Carlisle High School. Mr. Lombardo worked as a truck mechanic for many years and was the founder of Lombardo Trucking of Acton. In addition to his mother, survivors include his two sons Frederick and Todd, two sisters Marie Lombardo of Boxborough and Grace Richards and her fiancé Vincent Stolo of Littleton, a brother Mark Lombardo and his wife Amy Lothrop of Acton, three granddaughters, three nephews, a niece, two great nieces, a great nephew and many cousins. He was the nephew of Anna D'Italia of Maynard and Angela 'Lucky' Blanchette of Concord. Services are private.
