Frank M. Sobolewski, 64, of Concord, died at Emerson Hospital in Concord on Saturday, January 5, 2019, following a long illness. He was born in New Jersey on September 28, 1954, as the son of the late Frank and Emily (Dulak) Sobolewski. Frank graduated from Concord-Carlisle High School in 1972, and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. Frank was employed for several companies during his engineering career, including Pratt & Whitney, Raytheon, Qualcomm, and CrossComm. He is survived by two brothers, John Sobolewski of Concord, Mark Sobolewski of Rockville, MD, one sister, Ann Marie Sobolewski and her husband Jon Wilhelmsen of Plympton, and two nephews, Christian and Brendan Wilhelmsen. Relatives and friends will gather for visiting hours on Friday, January 18th from 5 to 7 pm, concluding with a prayer service at 7 pm in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frank's memory may be made to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org). Arrangements are under the care of Dee Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Concord.
