Francis G. "Frank" Nagle, of Weston, died on February 23, 2021 in CareOne at Concord. He was 84.
He was born on May 22, 1936 in Boston, as the son of the late John Nagle and Marjorie (Heffernan) Carr. After graduating from Charlestown High School, Frank completed an associate's degree at Boston University, followed by his undergraduate at University of Massachusetts in Boston. From 1954 until 1957, Frank honorably served in the United States Coast Guard.
Frank spent his professional career in finance and accounts receivable for Boston area hospitals, as well as a self-employed practice in his later years. He developed wonderful relationships with his cherished neighbors at Brook School Apartments, including his dear friend, Hazel Pappas. He also enjoyed teaching chair caning in his spare time.
He leaves behind two daughters, Carol-Jean Higgins and Johanna P. Guarino, both of Bedford, four grandchildren, Hannah Higgins, Connor Higgins, Ashley Guarino and Emma Guarino, as well as two sisters, Catherine Gross and Marjorie Vaughn. He was the brother of the late Jane Silva, John Nagle and Joseph Carr.
Services will be private.
