Francis E. Dion, Jr., age 78, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at Rivercrest Nursing Home, Concord, MA. "Frank" had lived in the Fairborn, Ohio area for over 50 years before moving to Concord a month ago. He was born in Hartford, CT, the 2nd son of Francis and Florence Dion. He was predeceased by his wife Kathleen(Pfister), and is survived by his brother David, of Oakland, CA, his sister Susan Bennett, of Acton, MA, and his brother Tony, of Okehampton, UK, along with 5 nieces and a nephew. Frank served in the US Army during the Viet Nam era as a Russian translator, a work he continued as a civilian employee at Wright-Patterson AFB. Private services will be held at a later date.
