Elsie L. Rice (Dame) - 94, passed away June 3, 2014 in Westford, MA. Beloved wife of 62 years to the late William Rice. Loving mother of Carolyn Fraleigh and her husband Bruce of Sarasota, FL, Richard Rice and his wife Jean of Seattle, WA and William (Randy) Rice and his wife Carol of Chelmsford, MA. Also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Elsie worked at the Lexington (MA) Trust Company for many years before retiring to North Haven, ME where they lived for over 20 years. Services are private, will be held on North Haven at a later date.
