Eleanor Winstanley Childs, 94, formerly of New Port Richey, FL, Cleveland Ohio and Concord MA died on May 2. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Childs and the late John Winstanley. Eleanor was born in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from West Tech High School where she was one of the first women to receive a varsity letter on the men's track team as a sprinter. Golf was her passion. She won numerous club championships and participated regularly in both Cleveland and Ohio State women's tournaments. She was the mother of David J. Winstanley and wife Barbara of Concord,. Grandmother of Adam Winstanley and wife Susie, Carter Winstanley and wife Lissa and Melissa Winstanley Bonzagni and husband Andy all of Concord. Great Grandmother of Cole, Jalen, Schuyler, Allie, Tucker, Zoe and Henry. Sister of Evelyn Horton, Joyce Wagner and Dorothy Jenson.
