Eleanor Stewart Bradley, 87, died March 24, 2010, in Concord, Massachusetts. Mrs. Bradley was born August 15, 1922 in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to William and Florence Stewart. She graduated from Merchantville High School and Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, Maryland.
She married William Bradley III in 1943 and moved to Jackson Heights, New York. They made their home in Westbury, New York in 1950. They have lived at Lake Hawthorne, Sparta, New Jersey since 1979.
She was a long time and active member of Westbury Friends Meeting, Westbury, NY and more recently of Chatham-Summit Quaker Meeting, Chatham, NJ.
Mrs. Bradley was a co-founder and executive of Rectus, Corporation in Sparta, New Jersey.
She is survived by her husband, William Bradley III; her daughters Susan Hunt of Sparta, New Jersey and Alison Klein and her husband Peter of Nussdorf, Germany; son William Bradley, IV and his wife Gae of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; granddaughter Jennifer Longmire and her husband John and their children Emily, Olivia and Colin of Concord, Massachusetts; granddaughter Tara Wear and her husband Jason and their children Grace and Zachary of Spokane, Washington; granddaughter Rachel Darr and her husband Josh of Leesburg, Virginia; granddaughter Laura Bradley of North Conway, New Hampshire; granddaughter Angelika Klein of New York City, New York; granddaughter Elisabeth Roeckinger and her husband Christoph and their son Elias of Stuttgart, Germany; granddaughter Charlotte Klein of Nussdorf, Germany
Family and friends will celebrate her life at a date yet to be determined.
