Edgar F. Clark, 84, died peacefully at home in Leominster on Monday, December 28, 2020. He was the loving husband of Jolie (Westgate) Clark.
Born in Concord on May 20, 1936, he was the son of the late Allison and Evelyn (Adams) Clark. Mr. Clark served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
He has most recently been employed by Lombardo Loam and Gravel Company in Acton, after a long career as a Truck Driver with many companies. He was a former member of the Concord Elks, and enjoyed his classic car collection. He will also be remembered as an avid Bruins, Red Sox and Patriots fan.
In addition to his wife, he leaves behind his loving children, Edgar F. Clark of Ridgefield, WA, Allyson E. McLeod of Merrimack, NH, Jeffrey P. Clark of Wilmington, Deborah A. Simoneau of Northborough, Martha J. Walsh of Hampton, NH, Marion J. Jalbert of Hudson and Andrew J. Clark of Stow, as well as twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild, his sister, Barbara Perry of Shirley, and many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Sunday, January 3rd from 1 to 4 pm in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center. Due to COVID restrictions, a private funeral service will be held in the Farrar Chapel of the Dee Funeral Home. A live stream link will be posted here prior to the service on Monday, January 4th at 11 am for those who wish to attend remotely. Burial with U.S. Army military honors will follow at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
Concord's Town Flag will fly at half-staff on Monday, January 4th in recognition of his faithful military service.
