Dylan Hardacker, 26, was a loving and supportive son and brother who passed away suddenly on March 2, 2021. He leaves behind his mother, Susan, father, Mat, and siblings, Leah and Liam Hardacker, and many extended family members.
He spent most of his life in Concord and Carlisle. Dylan enjoyed playing sports like football and Kung fu, and liked playing video games on his Game Boy when he was growing up. Dylan's dream was to become a Marine, but an injury during boot camp prevented him from serving our country. Shortly after, he joined his father's carpentry business and was a wonderful and devoted assistant.
During any moment during Dylan's short life, he was there to support family and friends, despite the personal challenges he faced. He brought us laughter and love, and his spirit was respectful and kind. What always kept him going was his love for his family no matter what, and that will never be forgotten.
Dylan's family wishes to express their gratitude to all of the friends and medical professionals, especially Dr. Michael Murphy, for their dependable support over the last few years.
Dylan will be laid to rest during a private burial service for family members in Concord.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to
Boston Children's Hospital Trust

Arrangements are under the care of Dee Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Concord.
