Dorothy I. Miller, 79, of Concord died Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Concord Healthcare Center in Concord. Born in Worcester on March 19, 1931 she was the daughter of the late David R. Miller and Anna (Kubilis) Miller. She attended Worcester public schools, graduated from Worcester Classical High School in 1948 and Rhode Island School of Design in 1952. For twenty years, prior to her retirement, Miss Miller was a display designer for department stores in New York City. A resident of Peter Bulkeley Terrace in Concord since 1987, she previously lived in Stow and from 1969 until 1983 she lived in Holden. Her hobbies included painting using several art forms including oil and acrylic paints and charcoal drawing. She also enjoyed gardening. Services will be private. She is survived by many friends in the Concord area. She was the sister of the late David R. Miller Jr. and his wife Dorothy of Arlington. Arrangementsare under the care of Susan M.
