Diana Marie Ricci, 43, of Concord, died Friday, December 14, 2012 at her Concord home, surrounded by her loving family after a six-year battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Paul Nash and the loving mother of Nigel, Darwin, and Simon Ricci Nash, all of Concord. Born in New Haven, Connecticut on July 8, 1969 she was the daughter of Vincent and Lucia (Leonelli) Ricci. She attended schools in Prospect and Waterbury, Connecticut, and graduated from Marymount International School in Rome, Italy in 1987. She received a B. A. in Romance Languages from Emmanuel College in Boston and an M. A. in Italian Literature from Middlebury College in Florence, Italy. Starting off at a ground level position at Bolt, Beranek and Newman (BBN) in the early nineties, Diana quickly rose through the technical ranks becoming a Network Engineer. Whether it was working with customers to trouble shoot their problems or negotiating arrangements to route traffic across the Internet, Diana was a hard working employee dedicated to doing what was right. With the birth of her first son in 2004, Diana's passion focused on providing a loving and nurturing environment for her family. Strongly committed to home schooling, Diana fostered creativity and taught the children to find the beauty that is all around us. In addition to her husband, children and parents, she is survived by her sister, Christina Mayone and her husband Lawrence of Shrewsbury, 2 brothers, Vincent A. Ricci and his wife Faye of Mercer Island, Washington and Michael Ricci of New York, NY, her parents-in-law Michael and Marlene (Pysz) Nash of Dublin, Ohio, her sister-in-law, Jill (Nash) Surendran and her husband Arvind of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, her grandfather-in-law Chester Pysz of Roseville, Michigan, and ten nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the care of Susan M. Dee and Charles W.
