Cynthia Jean Mulcahy, known affectionately as Cyndi, died peacefully at Lowell General Hospital on June 23, 2022, following a lengthy illness with Huntington's Disease. She was 60.
Born in Concord, MA on June 20, 1962, she was the youngest daughter of Yvonne Mulcahy Fuller of Concord, and the late Richard J. Mulcahy. She was a graduate of Concord-Carlisle High School with the class of 1980.
Within the service industry she worked as a bartender, hostess and waitress for many establishments. Cyndi was employed for several years at Michael's Restaurant in Concord, where she was adored by its patrons. She also enjoyed her experience working for the U.S. Senior PGA Tour. Incredibly adventurous, Cyndi did some amazing things in her life.
Cyndi will be remembered as a true people person, who was always friendly and sociable with everyone she met. She genuinely loved all people, and they loved her back. Not only did she find joy in antiquing with relatives, but also was a fashion and decor enthusiast.
In addition to her mother, Yvonne, she leaves behind a sister, Beth Prohodski and her husband Alex, a brother, Richard Mulcahy, Jr., two nieces, Jessica and Olivia Seaburg, one nephew, Drake Mulcahy, and her brother-in-law, Scott Seaburg. She was also the sister of the late Paula Seaburg and Cheryl Mulcahy, and stepdaughter to the late Ralph Fuller.
Family and friends will gather for visiting hours on Monday, June 27th from 5 to 8 pm in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center. Cyndi's funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 28th at 9:30 am from the Dee Funeral Home, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 am in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center. Burial will follow at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
