Christine Emily Paulson, of Concord, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 8, 2017 after years of living with Parkinson's Disease.
Chris was born in Chicago on February 26, 1947 to the late Frank Johnson and Lillian Richter.
She married the love of her lifetime, Richard Paulson, and together they dedicated their lives to loving their two daughters before his passing in 2004.
Chris was a strong advocate for children and adults with special needs, serving on the board of Minute Man Arc for Human Services for many years.
She particularly enjoyed her time working at Artinian Jewelry in Concord and being a part of the community there.
In addition to her children, Kimberly Paulson of Acton and Aimee Greene of Stowe, VT, she is survived by her two grandsons, Cooper and Ollie, whom she adored, son-in-law Micah Greene, her best friend Harriet Henderson of CA, sister Janice Johnson of CA, Kristi Granato and Lisa Rouleau of CT and their families, and countless others who loved and supported her.
A celebration of Chris's life will take place on Monday, June 19th at 11:00 a.m. at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, 361 Bedford Street, (Rte. 62), Concord Center. Please enter at The Knoll gate.
